2 oz Against the Grain Irish Whiskey 1 oz Tart & Creamy Lime Pie Liqueur
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Against the Grain Irish Whiskey and Tart & Creamy Lime Pie Liqueur to the shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass. Optionally garnish with a lime wedge or twist for added zest.
