Light and fluffy and tasty! Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Generously grease your cookie sheets.
Cream together:
½ cup butter (or margarine)
⅔ cup sugar
Beat in:
2 Eggs
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Xantham Gum
¼ cup White rice flour
2 tsp Spirits & Spice Calamansi Balsamic
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt
Grated zest of one orange
½ cup Dried cranberries
Drop onto your greased cookie sheet with a tsp. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until browned on ridges. Remove and consume ASAP.
