This festive beer bread with cranberries and rosemary is a perfect addition to your Christmas table!
Ingredients:
- 1 SoberDough Classic Brew Bread Mix
- 12 oz. your favorite beer (or substitute with hard cider or club soda)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the SoberDough Classic Brew Bread Mix, dried cranberries, and fresh rosemary.
- Pour in the your favorite beer (or substitute) and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Transfer the dough into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While the bread is baking, mix the honey and melted butter in a small bowl.
- When the bread is done, remove it from the oven and brush the honey-butter mixture over the top of the loaf.
- Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
