The Cure: For a large party, prepare a pitcher of the syrup mixture and then you can easily prepare each glass for immediate service. Muddle a handful of mint leaves (10 to 15) at the bottom of the pitcher. Add 200ml of S&S Honey Ginger Balsamic. Add 400ml (two pouches) of the Fabbri Pineapple Plus Premium Cocktail Syrup. Stir. In a highball glass, pour roughly 3 tablespoons of the Syrup mixture in the glass. Add ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
