Spirits & Spices owners Kim and Gary Weiss traveled all over Mexico, looking for the perfect distillery with the mindset that good isn’t good enough. In the spirit of ushering in a new generation of Spirits & Spices experts, they relied on the refined tasting abilities of their son, spirits connoisseur, and the Latin Liquor Collection Director of Product Development, Abraham Bustos. Together, they were on the hunt for something extraordinary. Fortunately, they were able to find a hidden gem that produces top-quality, second to none Tequilas with time-honored craftsmanship and many trade secrets.

Produced in the heart of the Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico, these products combine agave harvested in the Valles and Altos regions. Bio-diverse and sustainable agave plants are grown and harvested between 5-7 years for peak maturity and sugar content. 

Each magnificent Tequila is matched in quality with its hand-painted, one of a kind, ceramic bottle.  Beautiful on the inside and out, this bottle will dress up any bar or collector’s showcase.
