Pulteney Distillery is a renowned whisky distillery located in Wick, Caithness, Scotland. Whisps of sea salt and citrus make up the nose. Slight pepper and salt compliments the raw honey sweetness and waves of peat on the plate. Finish is very long and has a slightly sweet peat tone.
