Pulteney Distillery is a renowned whisky distillery located in Wick, Caithness, Scotland. Whisps of sea salt and citrus make up the nose. Slight pepper and salt complement the raw honey sweetness and waves of peat on the palate. Finish is very long and has a slightly sweet peat tone.
