Produced in Mexico using ancestral techniques. This Mezcal uses plants from the Cupreata family, primarily harvested in the states of Michoacán and Guerrero using pit oven technique. On the nose: cooked agave, smoke wood, floral, green fruit. On the palate: smoke, pepper, vanilla. The finish is long and lingering on this spirit that is unique to Spirits & Spice.
