Channel your inner Greek god/goddess with this Greek Style Bruschetta recipe using our fabulous Greek starter set. 

Now, before we dive into the recipe, let's talk about bruschetta for a sec. It's like the fancy cousin of toast, bringing all the flavor and none of the carbs (well, maybe a few, but who's counting?). In this Greek twist, we'll be adding some Mediterranean magic to the mix. So, grab your laurel wreath and let's get cooking!

Ingredients (Feeds up to 4 people):

- 3 Vine Ripened Tomatoes - small dice
- 1/2 Red Onion - small dice
- 3 T minced garlic
- ¼ C Basil - chiffonade
- 4 T (tablespoon) Spirts & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO
- 3 T pink Himalayan salt (or to taste)
- 1.5 T fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
- 3 T Spirits & Spice Mango Balsamic vinegar
- 4 T Spirits & Spice Tzatziki Spice
- 1 large baguette

Method:

1. Slice baguette into small pieces for crostini's. Coat lightly with Spirits & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO and Spirits & Spice Tzatziki Spice. Place on baking tray and bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 until toasted golden - medium brown.

2. Soak red onion in water for at least 5 minutes.

3. Sauté/ garlic in 1 T Spirits & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO.

4. Combine tomato, garlic, onion (after soaking), basil, 2 T Spirits & Spice Lemon Dill EVOO, 3 T Spirits & Spice Mango Vinegar, and 2 T Spirits & Spice Tzatziki Spice in medium mixing bowl. Mix gently.

5. Place bruschetta mixture on crostini and serve! Enjoy!
