Ingredients (Feeds 2-3 people):
- 4 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 C (cup) White Onion - diced or julienne
- 3 T minced garlic
- 3 T (tablespoon) Spirits and Spice Garlic Butter Truffle Oil
- 2-3 T pink Himalayan salt (or to taste)
- 1.5 T fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T Paprika
- 1 T Spirits And Spice “OOO Mommy”
Method:
1. Preheat Oven OR Air Fryer to 375 degrees.
2. Wash, then cut potatoes into small wedges or large dice (leave skin on). In mixing bowl combine potatoes, Spirits and Spice Garlic Butter Truffle Oil, and all seasonings. Coat potatoes thoroughly with oil/spice mixture.
3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet (sheet tray) or in air fryer and cook for approximately 7-9 minutes until lightly golden brown.
4. Add onions and garlic, incorporate with potatoes, and put back in oven or air fryer approximately 8-10 minutes until crispy and dark golden brown.
