Calamansi-Glazed Stir-Fry

Calamansi-Glazed Stir-Fry with Basil & Ginger Twist

This recipe combines the flavors of Calamansi Balsamic, Ginger Sesame Oil, and Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create a harmonious and delicious meal. 

Ingredients:

  • Protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, tofu)
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • Spirits & Spice Calamansi Balsamic
  • Spirits & Spice Ginger Sesame Oil
  • Spirits & Spice Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Rice or noodles

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, marinate the protein of choice with Calamansi Balsamic, a splash of Ginger Sesame Oil, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of Ginger Sesame Oil.
  3. Stir-fry the marinated protein until cooked through, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more Ginger Sesame Oil and stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the protein to the pan, add a generous splash of Calamansi Balsamic, and a final drizzle of Basil Olive Oil for a fresh herby aroma.
  6. Finish with a splash of soy sauce for seasoning.
  7. Serve the Calamansi-glazed stir-fry over a bed of rice or noodles, drizzling a touch of Basil Olive Oil before serving for an added burst of flavor.
