This Apple Balsamic Glazed Chicken recipe is a quick and easy way to elevate your everyday chicken dish with a sweet and tangy glaze made with our Spirits & Spice Apple Balsamic. Enjoy the delicious flavors in this simple meal!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Spirits and Spice Apple Balsamic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable bag. Pour the Spirits & Spice Apple Balsamic  over the chicken breasts and seal the bag. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor)
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the hot skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
  3. Glaze the Chicken: Pour any remaining marinade into the skillet with the chicken. Allow it to come to a simmer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to create a flavorful glaze.
  4. Serve: Transfer the glazed chicken breasts to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the skillet over the chicken. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as rosemary or thyme, for a beautiful presentation.
