A specialty select cask from the Fettercairn distillery of the Highlands region, only 282 bottles crafted. Cereal grains at the forefront of the palate, with grassy barley and light citrusy notes. A sneaky hint of nougat brings a delicate layer of sweetness. On the palate you pick up earthy spices and buttered scones, with a generous helping of sultanas and cherries. Finishes out with layers of oily malt and crushed walnuts.
