Asian Tandoori Masala

This salt-free spice blend is often used for traditional North Indian and Afghan cooking. It tastes delicious with chicken (Tandoori Chicken), meat, and fish. It is also an excellent substitute for Garam Masala or a great spice mix for yogurt marinated meats in Indian cooking.
