2 (8 ounce) lobster tails

1 1/2 Tbsp butter

1/2 Tbsp S&S Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 /4 cup Prosecco 

2oz S&S Lemoncello

1 Tbsp shallots minced 

Lobster Preparation:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to a soft boil.
  3. Drop tails in one at a time and cook for 6 to 8 minutes
  4. Remove from boiling water using tongs or strainer


In a sauté pan heated on medium heat add butter garlic oil and shallots 

Cook until shallots are golden brown 

Remove from heat add Lemoncello return to heat and add prosecco. Reduce by half. Remove from heat and add a tablespoon of cold butter swirl in pan until all is combined. Pour over lobster before serving.  Enjoy!
